Think about this each day, as mundane as we perceive its events, is still different from the day before because each day is new and something always “comes up.” So, as dynamic as everything is on this earth, so too must YOU be dynamic. Think about that when you face potentially stressful situations-think first, recall on the past, adapt, then refine, change and  control that Stress!

Makes sense, right? Life is dynamic and you must be just as dynamic to counter balance it all.

This is self-explanatory. It has optimism written all over it and loads of positive energy- seize the moment, make things happen and be happy with yourself! and the choices you make.

Kill with Kindness

Sometimes when you least expect it, someone does something nice for you and it makes your day, brings a smile to your face, or a moment of reprieve from all the craziness going on. Now, next time you are about to “blow a gasket”, your temper is boiling , or you are losing your patience….do something nice, kind for someone and see the results. It can really make your mind shift gears, ease the pressure and reduce your stress level ( If you have some at that moment). Even if you do not have stress at any particular time, still…kindness is a wonderful thing that extends beyond what one imagines, so perform that small act of kindness…just because.

Kill with kindness is a good thing, so go for it and go for it often!
